Turtle Creek Development is located approximately 20 minutes east of downtown Spokane, Washington, and minutes west of Liberty Lake and the Idaho State line. Turtle Creek South includes 168 residential homes at the base of scenic Mica Peak in Spokane Valley. We offer walking trails along Turtle Creek, plentiful opportunities to view birds and wildlife, and a private park shared with our neighbors to the north. The neighborhood is a perfect fit for everyone from young families to empty nesters.

The Homeowners’ Association’s mission is to provide safety, security, and structure to our community, homeowners, children and property. We encourage an active community where neighbors have opportunities to interact, contribute, and get to know and trust each other. Board members work to make positive changes and improvements to the neighborhood in addition to preserving the natural beauty and serenity.
